Shipping Policy

Each product will be shipped within 2-3 days from the time of purchase. In normal purchases, items are delivered within 2-4 days. However, this depends on the location of the customer.

Current delivery options are to United States and Canada.

JustMyMat will determine the shipment service provider. Unless otherwise noted, the customer has to pay standard shipping costs.

Return/Exchange Policy

For orders that are not custom:

As long as the product has not been used and is in perfect condition we will refund or exchange the product for you – no questions asked.

For custom orders:

Each product that is personalized cannot be returned unless JustMyMat, LLC made an error in the order.

If you receive a custom product that has an error, please call us within 30 days to discuss a solution.

Shipping will not be refunded.

Sales Tax

All orders in New Jersey will be subject to a 7% sales tax.
