Join me on my journey, as we are all in search of ways to improve our quality of life. My search led me to the physical practice of Yoga in July 2013. Yoga is unlike anything I have ever welcomed into my life. In those four corners of my mat, I have learned much about myself … to finally open my eyes to all that is right in front of me, in the “present” moment. My mat has held me accountable. It has allowed me to think, to feel, to dream. As I travel through each day, I will continue to learn and grow. I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with others through teaching, training and the practice of Yoga. If I can help make even the smallest improvement in another person’s life, I have done big things! So what are we waiting for?!?! Inhale … Exhale.
